Winged Peepers were originally created by sex offenders who had to take on a neighbouring round whilst the person who owned that round was in hospital or prison after being caught looking in through bedroom windows. In order to be able to reach all the "customers" they used a type of weird sex magic to bring about little fairy like monsters into existence that could go to each window and observe the lives of these people. It was then streamed straight to the consciousness of the Human Peeper. The person who looked after their fallen comrades round was known as a 'Minder' and these pervy little fairies led to the phrase "Minder's eye" which was shortened at some point to "Mind's Eye".
The Winged Peeper is an Animalgamation made from a rat's foot, mouse tail and mouse ears for wings.
