Raff

After a fortnight of not hearing anything back, Raff decided to take matters into his own hands. He NEEDS it now, without it he can't continue the mission. There's 3 days until the deadline and without a means of accessing natural gas there's no way he will be able to reach his quota. He has taken to sneaking into number 42 where he knows the old lady won't hear the stove coming on and he has been bottling up the gas into as many milk bottles as possible. Raff hates that someone stole from him, but because the police won't help he has taken matters into his own hands, he knows they are going to sell his koi to the buyer in 4 days time, so he's got 3 nights to get the gas into the pond to upset the pH of the water just enough to make them all float to the top and become totally worthless. He knows it'll break his heart, but no one crosses Raff.

Raff is a Ball Flicker made from rat Skin, mink skin and rat tail.
