Penguin kings. No idea why it's got that massive lolly, is it his sceptre? His weapon? Is it so he can lure over smaller, younger penguins and exchange it for sex. Regular penguins exchange pebbles for sexual favours like flipper jobs and that so it makes sense that noncey penguins would offer sweets.
