In the hopes of becoming the most well known dog groomer in his county, Liam started to offer people with missing dogs a free haircut and pamper session for their dog. The fame took over though and Liam Galnoon started to pay local teenagers to steal the dogs from people's gardens whilst they're at work. He never got caught, but he did start admitting to it on Reddit on throwaway accounts.
