Julian can often be seen hanging around outside charity shops, he pretends to be homeless and takes all his donations from the public and buys fast food which he then disposed of by dumping on to the grass by the river. Julian is a menace, some even say he is evil. Feeding wild animals pizzas, kebab meat and burgers, supporting small businesses, taking money that the homeless could use for beer and cigs. He does however have a job, he loves his job, he gets in early every day - we know why though don't we, he is only getting in early so that he can get time in loo so he can take a longer dinner break so that he can feed more squirrels meat.
