There are Rat Testicles, Rat Paws, Chick Eyes and Mouse Lungs!
The piece you receive may differ from the photo, because they're literally Rat testicles and every ball is unique. Even though they come in pairs. Not in a weird "don't leave Pete near the fruit bowl" kind of way, they're just not identical, think of rat testicles as salt and pepper shakers. The same, but different.
