A young Stalker, not quite fully developed and yet to grow his baby legs and arms. They live under shrubs all the over the world, but seem to avoid busy highways and coastal areas. Experts seem to think they are fearful of the water, yet "conspiracy theorists" have caught multiple of them on camera frollicking in puddles. The scientists say we need to trust the experts and that there is no evidence from their experiments on Child Stalkers that they had a love of water, claiming that under laboratory conditions every Child Stalker they have tested responded negatively to the sound and sight of oncoming traffic, and they all acted really pissed off when repeatedly splashed with water.
