Regular price £15.00

To the best of my knowledge these are pages taken from a book by someone called W J Miles, possibly known as ‘Willie’ to his friends, though we may never know.

The pages detail various things about horses including their teeth, their eyeballs, hearts and even a design for a stable and its fittings.

Personally, I’m not big into horses - never have been. But I am a fan of seeing the inside of animals, both in person and in anatomical drawings. The pictures seem to be predominantly taken from etchings ( *rubs own thighs vigorously* “pssst, come and look at my etchings”) but they’re pretty detailed. I’ve no idea if it’s original, but it has the feel of old paper, there are some stains on there that really add to it.

They’re priced individually, they’ll be sent in a tube to keep postage simple! Just to clear, I’m not including a frame :)

If you’re unsure of which page is which feel free to get in touch with me and double check first!

’The Goodenough Shoe’ page feels like different paper, so for that reason it’s a little cheaper. It’s thinner and isn’t anywhere near as nice to touch - I’m not sure if it’s from the original book, but it’s still pretty nice!
