I've been feeling kinda pissed off because I've not not been able to skin any animals since I cut my finger open. Today I went back to work and tried making stuff with a glove on, but I still not bend my finger properly so it was really annoying me. So I decided against trying to make things that I think other people would want to buy, and made something that I would like instead. To try and make myself feel better.
I know I normally aren't very serious when I describe stuff, but this time I am being - I won't make a habit of it, don't worry. It's been really pushing me off though. I'm now going to wait until its properly healed cos I've caused the scab to come off again and it hurts a bit. What makes it really get to me is I sliced my finger on my first day back in the studio after finishing my new book, 50 Ways To Torture A Sloth.
I've spent the time working on shows for my podcasts, there are now new ones for Patreon subscribers.
I'll get back to making stuff soon.
Duckboards are a real thing btw.
It's got a chickens beak, duck feet and I lined the inside of the cupboard with a ducks breast.
I quite like it. I guess it's a faunament. Maybe a new thing entirely. It cheered me up a bit though.
