Obviously not something I made myself, but I thought it was pretty weird. Wanted to name it, but its not mine to name. Some suggestions:
Holey Statue, Teamwork, 2 Up 1 Down, Toed In The Hole, Footwork, Caution: Toeing, Up There & To The Left.
I'm pretty sure it's clay, I'd guess terracotta. I've no idea about the history of it, but its well good init.
