They say "their goose is cooked" to be polite when they're talking about someone that's recently died, rather than saying "I heard your mum carked it, sorry to hear that lad". A polite person would say "I'm sorry to hear your mum's goose was cooked".
These are ceramic, and intended for dangling from your rear view mirror, no idea why I have an obsession with decorations for rear view mirrors at the minute everything I make arnd buy seems to be to decorate that little gap under your windscreen.
If you do use these on your rear view mirror be careful it doesn't hit the window. Maybe decorate somewhere else with it, it's your choice what you do with it though. I just thought you'd like how they look.
